We enjoyed the time we had outside of the horrible experience with our hotel (Comfort Inn) when we first arrived and had to leave it less than an hour after we checked in! I would not recommend the Comfort Inn by the Airport! We had to find another hotel with clean bed linens, floors, working phone and WiFi and we did not feel safe there!!! Wish I would have had more time to explore. There were so many options for good food. The few I tried did not disappoint. Just driving around I saw so many beautiful spots I want to return to. Horrible, from the front desk clerk to the room, which had used feminine products left in the room along with the filters setting out not in the air condition. I requested to have my family on the same floor, but we were placed on different floors. What a horrible experience. Upon traveling for ten hours, the front desk clerk was not friendly and acted as though we were disturbing her by listening to her music on her headset; yes, she was wearing a headset, but she just laid my credit card on the without saying anything to me. I could walk away without knowing my credit card was on the corner if I didn't look down. What is happening to customer service today? If they do not want to work, let them go, please. Hire someone who will work.

I was here for my son’s state track meet. I was very impressed to get the room for a great price. Everyone was friendly and the hotel was clean and the elevators were mopped and cleaned regularly and it smelled very fresh every time I rode the elevator. I walked for 30 minutes with two heavy bags and a back pack the short distance from the hotel. the WIFI was not functioning. I had work to do. It didn't happen. The staff did the best they could do.
