És un hotel discret des de fora, cosa que s'agraeix quan veus els edificis mastodòntics que han construït a l'aparcament de Gullfoss i davant del Geysir. L'esmorzar molt complet, dels millors que hem pogut menjar a Islàndia, en un menjador que és la part més bonica i agradable de l'hotel.
